▶ DOWNLOAD (SOON)1. ACCEPTANCE — By downloading, installing, or using Micro Invazion ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. ELIGIBILITY — You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use mobile applications and make digital purchases. Since this App uses Solana Pay for in-app purchases, you must be permitted by the laws of your jurisdiction to make cryptocurrency transactions. By using this App you confirm you meet these requirements.
3. SOLANA MOBILE & SEED VAULT — This App is designed for the Solana Mobile Seeker device. Authentication uses the Seed Vault secure enclave via Mobile Wallet Adapter (MWA). We never request, access, store, or transmit your private keys or seed phrase — this App only receives your public wallet address to identify you.
4. BLOCKCHAIN TRANSACTIONS — All SOL transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the Solana blockchain. We are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses, lost due to network failures, or resulting from wallet compromise.
5. IN-APP PURCHASES — Extra lives may be purchased using SOL via Solana Pay. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. SOL prices are subject to market fluctuation.
6. LEADERBOARD & SCORES — Game scores are recorded on our backend server. We reserve the right to remove fraudulent scores. Repeated violations may result in a permanent ban.
7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT — You agree not to: (a) cheat or use automated scripts; (b) manipulate blockchain transactions; (c) reverse-engineer the App; (d) interfere with other players or infrastructure.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY — Micro Invazion and all associated assets are © 2026 Solutions Technologiques Mywoom inc. and may not be reproduced without express written permission.
9. DISCLAIMER — THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY — TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
11. GOVERNING LAW — These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.

We collect only what is strictly necessary to operate the game:
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Your wallet address and scores are visible on the public leaderboard by design — this is a feature of the game, not a data breach. Solana blockchain transactions are public by nature.
Session tokens are deleted after 30 days of inactivity. Game scores are retained indefinitely to maintain leaderboard integrity. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us — we will remove your wallet address and associated records within 30 days.
Under Quebec Law 25 (Law modernizing privacy protection provisions) and Canadian PIPEDA, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data — even though we do not save any personal data (apart from your public wallet address, used solely to manage your in-game lives and leaderboard scores). All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Database access is restricted and rate-limited. We never store private keys. Authentication relies on the Solana Seed Vault hardware enclave — the most secure available on Solana Mobile devices.
This App is intended for users aged 18 and over. Since authentication relies solely on a Solana wallet address, we have no technical means to verify a user's age. If you believe a minor has used the App and made purchases, contact us at contact — we will delete the associated wallet data from our servers within 30 days. Note that SOL blockchain transactions are irreversible by nature.
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved under Quebec jurisdiction.
We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
