1. WHO WE ARE

2. DATA WE COLLECT
We collect only what is strictly necessary to operate the game:
  • Solana wallet address — public key only, used as your unique identifier. We never access your private key or Seed Vault.
  • Game scores & levels — stored to power the global leaderboard.
  • Display name & country flag — optional, chosen by you for leaderboard display.
  • Session tokens — temporary authentication tokens, expire after 30 days.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
  • To authenticate you via Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter
  • To record and display game scores on the leaderboard
  • To manage your in-game lives balance
  • To process SOL purchases via Solana Pay
  • To detect and prevent cheating or fraud
4. WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT
  • No name, email, phone number or physical address
  • No private keys or seed phrases — ever
  • No device identifiers or advertising IDs
  • No location data
  • No biometric data
5. DATA SHARING

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Your wallet address and scores are visible on the public leaderboard by design — this is a feature of the game, not a data breach. Solana blockchain transactions are public by nature.

6. DATA RETENTION

Session tokens are deleted after 30 days of inactivity. Game scores are retained indefinitely to maintain leaderboard integrity. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us — we will remove your wallet address and associated records within 30 days.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

Under Quebec Law 25 (Law modernizing privacy protection provisions) and Canadian PIPEDA, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data — even though we do not save any personal data (apart from your public wallet address, used solely to manage your in-game lives and leaderboard scores). 8. SECURITY

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Database access is restricted and rate-limited. We never store private keys. Authentication relies on the Solana Seed Vault hardware enclave — the most secure available on Solana Mobile devices.

9. CHILDREN

This App is intended for users aged 18 and over. Since authentication relies solely on a Solana wallet address, we have no technical means to verify a user's age. If you believe a minor has used the App and made purchases, contact us at contact form — we will delete the associated wallet data from our servers within 30 days. Note that SOL blockchain transactions are irreversible by nature.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved under Quebec jurisdiction.

11. CHANGES

We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
